Brittany K. Bennett Obituary (1987

Brittany K. Bennett, age 36, of Elk Mound, WI passed away Wednesday, December 06, 2023 at her home. She was born April 28, 1987 in San Diego, CA. to Jon & Windy (Grimes) Schmidt. She grew up in Washington and Minnesota. She graduated from Richland Center Fellowship High School in 2005. Studied Business and Massage Therapy at Brown Collage and settled down in Wisconsin. Brittany married Micah Bennett July 10, 2022 in La Crosse, WI on the beautiful Mississippi River. She enjoyed traveling, spontaneous road trips, enjoyed the tranquility and wonder being alongside the water. She loved church and all activities related within the church. She loved music, dancing, and the freedom of getting lost within it. She enjoyed fishing and dressed to impress to get a bite. She loved language and was bilingual. She enjoyed crosswords, coloring, and art. She enjoyed flying around in her Audi, music blaring, and the freedom she felt. Brittany is survived by husband Micah of Elk Mound; children Abigail Scott and Drake Bennett; parents Jon and Windy of Cynthiana, KY; sister Tasha (Andrew) Feeback of Cocoa, FL and brother Jeremiah (Connie) Schmidt of OH. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral and Visitation services will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with Mary Eide and Kevin Schippers officiating.
