Alan S. Rose

It is with a heavy heart that the family of Alan “Al” Rose announces his passing at home on May 19, 2024 at the age of 51. He was born on July 31, 1972 and was adopted on August 14, 1972 by Duane and Berdie (Martin) Rose.

Alan worked as an insurance agent at Kado insurance for 21 years and he also helped set up many charity events to raise money for various organizations.

Some of his main passions were golfing and bowling, which he participated in for over 30 years. His favorite thing to do was to spend time with his family, especially his son Conner; together they shared countless memories over the years. Al was very proud of his son for graduating from the University of Alabama this past December.

Alan is survived by his beloved son Conner Rose, his mother Berdie Rose, sister Anne (Jake) Whitter, brother Brian (Miki) Rose, nephew Brody Thomson, niece Paris Amundson, and countless friends that he adored.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Duane Rose, his beloved Uncle Don and Aunt Margie, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Alan will be dearly missed by all his friends and family; he was loved more than words could ever explain.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024
At West Spencer Cemetery in Spencer, Wisconsin. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie, WI is handling arrangements.
