Genise Sue Chapman, age 59, of Menomonie, WI passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview in Minneapolis, MN. She was born October 24, 1955 in Chicago, IL to Edwin and Agnes (Belec) Chapman. Forever in our hearts Funny, Smart, Spontaneous, Mischievous, Stubborn, Artistic, Amateur Seamstress, Pain in the neck sister, Loving Mother and Grand Mother. What she wanted most in life was simple - Children and a home of her own. She succeeded at both. She is survived by her daughter Paula O. Loeffler, Son Joseph L Loeffler, Grandson Jesse Buxton, Sister Arleen (David) Carl, Brothers Larry (Rose) Chapman and Timmy Poniatowski. She is preceded in death by her parents Agnes Belec and Edwin Chapman and brother Harold Poniatowski.
