Judith Elaine Holtzman, age 71 of Menomonie, WI passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. \n \n She was born Sept. 25, 1948 in Iowa to Harold and Florence Quick. \n \n Judy had a heart of gold, always there to help her children or grandchildren whenever needed. She loved to go to the casino to try her luck and have a relaxing day. She also loved to take rides in her convertible and to smell the Lilac’s, her favorite flower, on a spring morning. Most of all she enjoyed just spending time with family and friends. \n \n Judy is survived by her two sons, Rusty Holtzman of Elk Mound and Todd (Linda) Holtzman of Eau Claire; very close to her heart grandchildren, Shayne Holtzman, NeSin Holtzman; two brothers, Steven Quick and James Quick of Arizona; very special person thought of like a daughter Heidi Erickson; she had a special place in her heart for Jacob Anderson, Steve Bentley and Terry Narhi; also grandchildren, Michael (Ester) Olewinski, Zachary Fox, Mathew (Katie) Holtzman, Samantha (John) Ekland, Brett Holtzman, Patrick Holtzman and Dallas Holtzman. \n \n She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Douglas; two sons, Jeffery Holtzman and John (Stacey) Holtzman. \n \n There will be a Celebration of Life for Judy from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with a Time of Sharing at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Iowa in the spring.
