Nanette A. Ehrk Obituary (1962

NANETTE A. EHRK Nanette A. Ehrk, age 47, of Menomonie, WI passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, surrounded by family and friends. The former Nanette Aileen White was born Feb. 27, 1962 in Huron, SD to William and Carmen (Pierce) White. She grew up in Huron and graduated from South Dakota High School in 1980. In June of 1980, Nanette married Michael Ehrk. Nanette attended the School of Mines Business College in SD. She moved to Florida for a few years, then moved to Menomonie to be closer to her family. She worked at the Knapp House and then worked at Wal-Mart for 17 years. She enjoyed working at Wal-Mart and loved the friends she made there. Nanette enjoyed gambling at the casino, reading, taking vacations and spending time with family and friends. She had a heart of gold, and would always put others first. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Nanette is survived by: Sisters, Melody (Whitey) Oebser of Menomonie Kristina (Lee) Mona of Huron, SD Cindy Boardman of Arizona Brothers, Timothy (Regina) White of Kenosha Jeffrey White of Tomah Step-father Richard Hall of Cannon Falls, MN "Special sisters" Karen Hoff, Elizabeth Green and Vikki Braker all of Menomonie Very dear nieces and nephew, Laressa, Danielle, Jennifer and Alex "Eddie" Middaugh Great niece and nephew, Makenzie and Braiden Also survived by other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother William White. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 4:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie, with a Memorial Service at 4:00 pm at the funeral home, Pastor David Whelan officiating.
