Norma Jean "Noland" Rambo, age 82, passed away peacefully on 2-23-14 at Faith Care Facility in Woodbury, MN. Her family was at her side. She was a much loved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. \n \n She is survived by her ex-husband, Lyle Rambo, her son Jim Rambo, and her daughter Debbie (Ron) Carlton, grandchildren Jeff Rambo/Ashley Williams and Jesse Rambo and Jamie Todd, Kammie Yoder, Chad Carlton, Kayla Carlton, and Great grandchildren Jennifer, Joseph and Briar. \n \n Jean was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and her son Larry Rambo, age 41. \n \n Jean enjoyed her career as a waitress in the St Paul area, as well as her work at Pearson Candy Co. "Jean's" playfulness and wit were appreciated by all her customers and coworkers. Jean lived life to the fullest and she enjoyed fishing, going to and setting up for garage sales and flea markets, doing needlework and making wooden crafts and painting. Jean also enjoyed motorcycle rides and she loved playing games on the computer. Jean was always up for an adventure and if you were headed to the casino she'd be ready to tag along! \n \n The family wishes to thank Susan, PCA, and all the staff at Faith Care Facility and St Croix Hospice for their compassionate care of Jean in her final months. \n \n The family is planning a visitation and funeral at Olson Funeral Home at 615 Wilson Ave • Menomonie, WI 54751. The visitation is on March 5th from 1-2pm with funeral service following at 2pm. \n \n Jean will be missed by all who knew her.
