Phyllis L. Bowell

Phyllis L. Bowell, a beloved member of the community, passed away peacefully on April 5th, 2023, at the age of 93. She was born on December 26th, 1929, to Marvin and Eunice Lynch (Thompson) in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
Phyllis married Gordon Bowell on June 28th 1948, together they had seven children, Bob (Julie), Jim, Gary, Barb, Debbie (John), Terry, and Tim (Marilyn). She was also a loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, who brought her much joy and happiness throughout her life.
She is survived by her siblings Norma Webb, Marvin (Bud) Lynch, and Richard (Dick) Lynch, as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and siblings Ruth, John, and Frances.
Her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at the Mayo Clinic Health System - Menomonie for their compassionate care and support during her final days.
Phyllis will always be remembered for her warm smile and loving heart, and the impact she had on the lives of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who knew her.
There will be a celebration of life for Phyllis on Sunday April 23rd from 1:00 to 3:00 at Kyotes Den Bar and Grill in Menomonie. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is serving the family.
