Richard is the third generation in the Olson Funeral Home family business. He was a 1973 graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College. He was honored to serve the Menomonie community for many years, retiring in 2010. He and his wife Karen have three grown children, Rich, Ryan (Lori), and Bethany (Brady) Schindler, also nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Dick is still active in several community organizations and has enjoyed being a Hunter Safety Instruction for over 50 years. He is now enjoying retirement.
